Deal Dates

The deadlines on your deals, in your inbox at 6am.

Deal Dates reads your Real Broker transactions and emails you one short summary each morning: what is due, what has gone firm, and which paperwork is still outstanding. Nothing to check, nothing to log into.

Good morning Sam, 120 Example Street NW — A. Client, B. Client · Buyer side · Conditionally sold - Inspection condition: Wed Mar 4, 2026 (>> in 4 days) - Financing condition: Fri Mar 6, 2026 (in 6 days) - Conditions removed (firm): Fri Mar 6, 2026 (in 6 days) Listing agent: Jordan Sample Sample Realty · (555) 000-0000 * 3 required documents outstanding

Why it exists

A condition deadline is the cheapest thing in real estate to miss and one of the most expensive. The dates already live in reZEN — they are just not in front of you on the morning they matter.

How it works

  1. You supply your own reZEN API key. It stays yours, and you can revoke it at any time from Real Broker without asking us.
  2. Your team is discovered automatically. If your key belongs to a team lead, everyone on the roster is found — names, ids and addresses. There is no list to type in, and anyone who would rather not receive it can be excluded.
  3. Everyone gets their own 6am. Send time follows the recipient, so a teammate in Vancouver or Halifax gets theirs in their own morning, not yours.

What it does not do

Deal Dates only ever reads from reZEN. It does not create, edit or terminate transactions, does not touch your commissions, and does not write anything back. It is an email, not another system to maintain.

It is a reminder, not the source of truth. Every digest says so. The dates are only as good as what was entered in reZEN, and a contract deadline should always be confirmed against the contract.

For team leads

A lead's digest has three parts. Your deals, in full. Deals you're also on — a split, or a file you helped with — as a single line each: whose it is, the next date, the status. And your team: not every date on every deal, but only what needs a lead's eye — conditions overdue or failed, closings this week, and a count of everything that's on track.

That's the difference between an email a lead of ninety agents keeps and one they filter by week two.

Where it is up to

Deal Dates has been in daily use by its first team since 26 August 2026, built by the people who needed it for their own brokerage. A small private beta with a handful of Real Broker teams follows, onboarded by hand and one at a time, because a tool that states deadlines has to be right before it is big.

We are currently completing vendor onboarding with Real Brokerage.

If you lead a Real Broker team and want to try it, write to hello@dealdates.app. If you're the person who has to approve it, how it works is written for you: what it reads, what it stores, how it authenticates, and where it runs.
